Collaborative Portion of Project

An adaptive re-use project of a N.Y.C Skyscraper emphasized a fully ecological building in terms of hydrological and agriculture systems. The project was a group project (3 people) , where research and overall building programming was developed together. Focus area designs like the restaurant were developed individually. Accompanying the project was a scaled model of the Skyscraper that was displayed in the International Contemporary Furniture Fair (2016). The goal of the restaurant design is to incorporate the historical aspects, like the building style and Seagram Liquor Company, but add complimentary new features, styles, and ideas.
