London Railway Arch Dementia Center

The project focuses on positively using design to address the prominent issue of dementia faced in the United Kingdom. Based on medical research, the center focuses on exploiting the benefits of dance and music on dementia patients. Concurrently, the center provides a place of gathering and support for the care-givers. Rhythm and Remember is a community support and education center in London which educates early-stage dementia patients and their carers on how to handle the emotional and social struggles of dementia through dance based activity.
